| Stage 1 :: Get to know what you have in mind | ||
In this phase we find out what you have in mind, see a site you like or see the site you may wish to amend, improve or alter. This phase requires a discussions with you over MSN, E-Mail or other means of communication. The discussion is given a definitive shape by agreeing to go ahead with our presentation or submit our .doc of the work to be done. We normally expect by now to have formulated a preliminary idea us to the costs involved - after all, we could hardly be fair to you, and give a cost estimate without first knowing your thinking and project demands!

| Stage 2 ::Mock-up/prototype/design document | ||
In this phase we upload our Proposal for you to see, or start the required work on a progressions basis that is suited to your scheduling. During development, whatever the project maybe, you can follow progress, input comments and make suggestions. If you have organised Hosting, provide the Control Panel details and we will set up the site for you. A day or 2 after work commences, we would be obliged if 25-35% of the our agreed project cost is paid to us via Bank Transfer, Paypal or Western Union ...

| Stage 3 ::Final Product delivery | ||
In this phase, and since we have been developing your project together, the final product, be it a website, a logo or flash presentation will be delivered to the server or place of your choice. We usually expect final payment at this stage, or at least the 80% of total cost agreed. We take pride in what we do. Delivered yes, but left unsupported and unchecked no! We will follow your progress and or set-up, and keep in contact with you to make sure that is put to use as perfectly as we delivered!

| Stage 4 ::Delivered and Finalised | ||
We normally give X? months support on our website and 3 revisions are normally built in our pricing. Nonetheless, you are our client, and we will not refuse to support or help your sudden need of expertise, project support or requirement even later! At this stage, and once you are fully satisfied, we would request to be paid any remaining balances. But, above all we aim to a long term collaboration, therefore, we make sure that the very first piece of work we do for you will be the start of a ling a successful relation.
